Delete your Spacelist account

Option 1: Delete it yourself in the app
- Open Spacelist Rentals and sign in.
- Open My Account at the bottom of the app (available to renters and landlords). Landlords can also open it from the Landlord tab.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Option 2: Ask us to delete it
Email kamaumaryanne3@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your request, delete your account and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your profile (name, email, phone, business name)
- All your listings and their photos/videos
- Your likes, alerts and notification preferences
- Viewing requests you sent or received
- Your subscription record
What may be kept
We may keep minimal records where the law requires it (for example, payment transaction records held by our payment provider) and anonymised statistics that can no longer identify you. Anything kept is not used for any other purpose.
